Kanye West X Jay Z | Made In America Teaser

With Jay-Z and Kanye West gearing up for the European leg of the Watch the Throne Tour, they’re revealed a teaser trailer for “Made In America.” Forgoing using the backing instrumental for the original track in favor of “H.A.M.,” the brief black and white teaser utilizes concert footage as a whetting of the appetite of sorts. Perhaps the most interesting bit of speculation from the clip is that this is in fact a teaser for Jay-Z’s 12th studio album. Nothing like a little bit of mystery to get the weekend started.

STUSSY X CONVERSE | HANNI EL KHATIB

To celebrate the release of the Stussy x Converse Summer 2012 footwear capsule the two brands have linked up with singer-songwriter Hanni El Khatib for this short film and photoshoot. The former San Francisco-based skateboarder and creative director at HUF now lives in Los Angeles and plays music full-time, recently performing at this year’s SXSW, and perfectly embodies both Stussy and Converse’s commitment to “Stand Firm” in their endeavors. Thus, the three came together in the desert to light some stuff on fire and show off a couple of pieces from the summertime footwear collection as Hanni laces up both the black premium leather Elm and the camo ripstop nylon boat shoe-inspired Sea Star. Displaying a rugged appeal perfect for the summer adventures ahead, both silhouettes are now available at select Stussy chapter stores.
