One week ago today, our team + fam here at L.A Clique came together with santa barbara based brand Vulgar Villans, online media mag. 5th Element & other artist + friends such as Slip N Slide's Chloe Riley, Blu, & Yonas Michael, to bring you stylehouse a gnarly night filled with fashionistas X art & music. The clique showcased our recent spring/summer collection + among other pieces and blew the house down. Much love, thanks & shout outs to everyone who came out to celebrate life with the crew. Van Styles X SSUR SUMMER 2013

This season, Van Styles, the NY-born + LA-bred skateboarder-turned adult film director and self-taught photographer, took his turn behind the lens to shoot SSUR‘s lookbook for Summer 2013. Chock full of vibrant colors and Russ Karablin‘s signature graphic driven designs made an awesome combination to display this SSUR collection look gnarly. A DASH OF COLOR

Add some color into your simple outfits. Throughout the week some of us tend to get lazy with our wardrobe and it can sometimes be a tad plain. So spice it up a little by adding some color to your wardrobe. In the outfit above you can take a simple colored shirt, cardigan, shoes, and pair it with a colored pair of pants, and WAH-LAH a plain outfit with spice to it. This concept can work for both males and females. Take a plain pair of jeans, a white n-neck, and throw on some bright heels, or colorful kicks to add A DASH OF COLOR.

HUFF SOCKS! A popular trend spreading across many cities around the world. Yes Huff socks leave us drooling over the amazing color schemes, but the question that arises when it comes to these awesome socks is.... HOW in the world do you STYLE these cool socks?! Especially for woman such as myself, it's a little bit more difficult for us to come up with ideas on how to rock Huff socks when they are usually worn on men. So, I'm here to give you ladies an insight on how to style them. You can style Huff socks in what I like to call "Street Wear Style". In the outfit posted above, the huff sock colors are a light pink and sky blue. Being that the graphic tank are simple black and white colors, it easily flows well with the colors scheme of the socks. Since there is sky blue on the socks, this color flows well with the acid wash blue on the shorts and the Nike sign on the kicks. The use of the sky blue in the socks not only makes the sneakers stand out, but makes you notice the acid wash shorts. Hope this helps you ladies out there and gives you males ideas of some dope outfits.
